Streetglo would like to have your photo to be featured on the related product page. It's awfully hard to look at some of our images and get a real good idea of how it will look on your bike. So we think the best way to showcase our products is with our own customer applications.
It's simple to participate. Just place your order and during checkout, put a comment in the comment section telling us you wish to submit photos and give us the email address you will submit under. Then when you are ready, just email the pictures. If we can use your pictures, then we'll look up your invoice and either refund what you paid on that item or we will reward you with more product of equal or greater value.
Everybody is a photographer, right? But we can't use every photo. So be sure that the photos are well framed, colorful and actually get close to the product. Your bike is nice but unless we can sell it for you, please concentrate on product phtos.
Photographing our reflective decals requires a little trick in order to capture the color rather than just a big "white-out" that usually happens because the material is just too bright for the cameras dynamic range. The trick is to cover your flash with 1 or more moist sheets of any white paper or kitchen napkins, etc. It must be white. It will usually take more than one layer. Just moisten and lay over the flash as this will drop the flash light level in order to not over expose the product. I've found that 3 little torn corners off a white roll of Bounty paper towels give me perfect results but and paper towel will work.
